Introduction

Please read these Terms of Service (hereinafter - the Terms) carefully before using https://primary.org.ua/ (hereinafter - the Site).

The Site Rules and the Code of Honor presented below are an Agreement between you and the Site Administration. By using the Site, you accept and agree to be bound by the Agreement, whether or not you are a registered user.

Be sure to read the Privacy Policy before using the Site. The privacy policy describes how your personal data is collected and processed when you use the Site. If you do not understand or do not wish to be bound by the Terms or the Privacy Policy, you should not use the Site.

The Site Administration has the right to change these Terms at its own discretion. When changes are made, the Site Administration notifies the User of this by placing a new version of the Terms on the Site https: //primary.org.ua/. By continuing to use the Site, you automatically agree to the updated terms of the Code of Honor. Be sure to return to this page periodically to review the most current version of the Terms.

Site rules

1. The Site administration determines the rules of conduct on it and reserves the right to make changes to these rules. By using the Site, the user automatically agrees to comply with these rules. Ignorance of the rules does not exempt from the need to follow them.
2. Changes in the operation of the Site's services, as well as complete or partial termination of their operation, may be made unilaterally by the Site Administration without warning.
3. The administration is not responsible for messages posted by users. The teachers of these courses are responsible for observing intellectual property rights within the courses posted on the Site.
4. The administration reserves the right to edit or delete comments. The administration may revoke the right to use the Site of a participant who systematically violates these rules.
5. The Site and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Site Administration and its licensees. Any copying or use of the original content of the Site is possible only with the written consent of the Site Administration.
6. The website encourages:
   • wishes and constructive suggestions of any member of the Site regarding the operation of the resource;
   • active participation in discussions on course forums, helping other users;
   • constructive and polite discussion on course forums.
7. The following is prohibited on the Site:
   • using the Site in any way that may interfere with the normal functioning of the Site and its services, spread viruses, corrupted files, malicious software, spyware, or any other similar software that may damage someone else's computer or property;
   • publish any messages and actions prohibited by the legislation of Ukraine;
   • directly and indirectly offend anyone, in particular, online course instructors, users of the Site, based on national, ethnic, racial, gender, sexual, religious, or other affiliation;
   • post messages that contain obscene language;
   • post advertisements, commercial messages, political campaigning, and spam (mass mailing of advertising or other correspondence to people who have not expressed a desire to receive it);
   • publish materials that violate copyright. If you, as the right holder, believe that any materials posted on the Site violate your copyright, please contact us at support@primary.org.ua.
8. You agree to be responsible for your own use of the Site and for your postings on the Site. "Postings" means all content submitted, published, or distributed on the Site by you, including but not limited to all forum posts, notes, questions, comments, file uploads, etc. You agree that you will use the Site following these Terms and the applicable laws of Ukraine.
9. The Site Administration is not responsible for any actions of Site users, including those related to the user's transfer of personal information and account passwords to other persons.
